Construction projects have their own rhythm. Our scheduling adapts to that rhythm rather than asking you to adapt to ours. Here is how the process typically works.
A construction project moves through recognizable phases. Each phase has different visual characteristics and different communication needs. We plan visits to coincide with the transitions between phases, capturing the state of work at each significant milestone.
This approach produces a coherent visual record rather than a random collection of images. When you look back at the archive, you can follow the progression of the project from ground-breaking to handover.
Earthworks, excavation and foundation laying. Photography documents site conditions, access, surrounding context and early structural elements.
Column, beam and slab construction. Photographic coverage shows the emerging skeleton of the building and the scale of the spaces being formed.
Walls, windows, roofing and installation of electrical, plumbing and HVAC systems. Documentation captures the building becoming weathertight.
Flooring, cladding, cabinetry, fixtures and fittings. This phase produces the most commercially relevant imagery for sales and marketing purposes.
Final photography of completed units, common areas and building exterior. Virtual tour capture for completed spaces.
Post-production timelines vary by content type. Here are the typical turnaround windows for each format.
Edited images delivered within 5 to 7 working days of the site visit. Includes color correction, exposure adjustment and file organization.
Render production timelines depend on scope and complexity. A single unit typically takes 10 to 15 working days from model approval to delivery.
360-degree capture and stitching completed within 3 to 5 working days of the session. Shareable links provided with basic navigation interface.
We work with your site manager to identify optimal visit windows at least two weeks in advance. Visits are scheduled around active work phases, not against them.
Exterior photography depends on weather conditions. We build contingency dates into every schedule so that a postponement does not cascade into a missed reporting cycle.
Our team follows all site safety protocols. We carry appropriate personal protective equipment and coordinate with site supervisors before and during each visit.
For ongoing documentation programs, we establish a recurring visit schedule at the start of the engagement. Monthly or quarterly cadences are the most common arrangements.
Share your construction timeline and we will outline a documentation schedule that fits your project phases and reporting needs.
